Thank you for considering adoption through Kentucky Gold Mini Doodles.  We are so excited to help you in your journey of adding a furry friend to your family! Puppies are fun, loving, playful, and also a lot of work. This application ensures you can fully commit to the care of the dog/puppy before you decide to adopt one. 

If for any reason you and your puppy are not a good fit, you are to rehome the dog to another loving family that has the ability to provide proper care or return the dog to Kentucky Gold Mini Doodles. Surrender of any Kentucky Gold dog to a shelter or rescue is strictly prohibited. 

(Note: We reserve the right to refuse any adoption that we feel will not suit the dog’s/puppy’s requirements.)
